YOUR COACH

Welcome to FiX8 FITNESS! My name is Chico. I'm 41 Years old, Married with 3 Children. I have a Full-Time job, a Part-Time job, and now I started this small business of Personal Training. I’m here to prove one simple truth: you CAN achieve anything you set your mind to. No matter your career, family obligations, age, eating habits, or past struggles, change is within your reach. Through dedication, sacrifice, persistence, and an unrelenting drive, you can become the best version of yourself.

My journey is proof that transformation is possible. Just one year ago, I was your average gym-goer with no clear direction, training without purpose and eating without structure. But everything changed when I decided to commit fully. I started working with Coach Ortiz LGND in October 2023, and in less than a year, I’ve accomplished what once felt impossible:

​

  • Iron Gladiator (April): Won 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th place at my very first competition.

  • New England Championships (June): Took home two, 1st place medals, the Overall title, and 2nd place.

  • Natural Olympia Amateur Stage (November): Finished my first season by earning 2nd place in the world, becoming the Natural Olympia Amateur Runner-Up!

These results didn’t come easy. While prepping for these shows, I juggled 12-18 hour workdays, six days a week. I trained hard, maintained focus, and stayed disciplined even when life got tough. By the time I stepped on stage for the first time, I had built a physique I never imagined was possible. And with each competition, I pushed further, proving to myself—and now to you—that progress is about commitment, consistency, and a refusal to quit. Now, I with a Bodybuilding Team Called the Royal Family. Where I will beat my physique from last year and represent for The Royal Family!

Each client gets a program tailored to their unique needs, with ongoing adjustments to macros, workouts, and strategies. Together, we’ll break through barriers and crush goals—no excuses, just actions.
